Because they boast an impressive 7″ width, the steps are as comfortable as they are skid-resistant.


Custom fit for each application
To make installation as simple as possible, Grip Step™ 7″ running boards are each designed for a custom-fit installation, using vehicle-specific mounting brackets. The brackets are covered in a durable black powder coat finish and bolt on using stainless steel fasteners for long-lasting, reliable strength
Tough, textured black finish
To finish things off, we apply a durable textured black powder coat and contoured black plastic end caps to our Grip Steps™. The powder coat over aluminum maximizes corrosion resistance, and the end caps help protect the boards against damage and maintain a professional look.


Rear steps also available
LUVERNE rear steps provide a functional, full-width stepping surface on the rear of the vehicle. Designed to mount on full-size and commercial vans, a rear step offers convenient access to the cargo area. This is especially useful for delivery trucks and other vehicles that are used for hauling large amounts of cargo and jobs that require frequent entry and exit from the rear of the vehicle.
Like the rest of our Grip Step™ line, the Grip Step™ rear step features a unique, expanded metal tread for superior traction in any type of weather. It also has a 7″ x 2 1/2″ rectangular design to offer reliable footing, and it is built from a 5052-H32 aluminum alloy, making it exceptionally strong and rust-free.
